In the latest episode of my podcast, I take a look at some of the factors we might neglect in our efforts to be more productive.
It’s important to know why we want to be more productive, what actual productivity looks like in our role and to ensure that what we do to achieve this doesn’t detract from our relationships or indeed, our wellbeing.
Ideally, striving to get more of the ‘good stuff’ done each day shouldn’t come at any great cost. It’s about prioritising, being realistic, acknowledging the discomfort of choice and remembering the kind of person we want to be.
